I never thought to use a DVD holder for my palettes, great idea! And I need a book shelf/whatever that shelf was for my makeup now. That and an ikea vanity and I would be happy for life!

you can get the white stuff in the floral department at any craft store (joanns, michaels, hobby lobby) and it wont scratch your brushes :) enkore has a video on youtube about making these brush holders, they are awesome ;)

For me it's like a alchemist workshop or magic shop, but watching your video teaches a whole new idea how much effort and time some (maybe many) girls invest in their looks.

The organization is great. Hubby is painting our spare room and is making it my UA-cam room...lol. Basically, where I can get ready in peace (two guys in the house), do tutorials, reviews, vlogs etc. I was gifted an antique vanity w/out the lights so I am in need of a lighted mirror. Yours has the fold out sides. I have been reading reviews and am seeing mixed feelings about the round lighted ones and the fold out. Some say it needs to be more upright and closer to your face. What do you think?

Oh my gosh, when you first showed the vanity table I thought that was where your makeup was and then you turned the camera and it was like BAM, haha. I loooove your makeup collection and i love how you're so damn organized!!
a pigment is an eyeshadow that is strong and more defined....it's used for getting a bolder eyeshadow color
shadesticks are from mac, they can be used as eyeshadow bases! they are so great!
i just wanted to let you know that i love collection videos! it gives me an idea of what products to try next. i don't think it's bragging at all. you spent your own money on it... no one forced you to. same goes for everyone else who has a collection of whatever in their homes. keep up the tutorials & hope you also do well this semester in college. :D

Wow, I have that same Target vanity, except my mirror is round. You've inspired me to clean up my messy vanity! BTW, if you want a really good *light up* makeup mirror get an old Clairol True-to-light on Ebay. They don't make them anymore, but they are the BEST! The new ones they make now aren't even bright.

Elle, I have some good news regarding feline kohl power liner. I was at the mac store this week and the MA told me that if there is a limited edition product such as the liner that you really liked you can email Mac customer service (the address is on the website) and request that it be a part of the permanent collection. she said that the more emails they get about a product they will be able to evaluate the purchasing trends & possibly bring it back. thought id let u know about this. Thanks!

Hello. I came accross your video by accident. This is the first video I watched of yours and I really am impressed. I personlly like seeing collection/storage videos. I don't think of them as a form of bragging unless that's how one chooses to come accross. I like seeing how other people put their things together and the variety of items they use in relation to my own. Thank you for such a nice video - I haven't seen a set up quite like yours but I like it!
