They sure have a nice set-up. I really enjoyed all the information about spinning and weaving. Her spinning wheel is beautiful.

Great video and a lovely change to have someone who spins and weaves. They should definitely have a channel with so much to offer the homesteading community. Thank you from Australia 🐨🐨

BFL and Targhee are two of my favorite yarns to knit with. Love hearing from Amiable Acres. Thank you for sharing!

We have a 9 year old Jersey with a wonderful udder for hand milking, and a 4 year old Jersey with horrible tiny teats for hand milking so we use her for feeding two calves that we will use for beef.
Your cow is really nice. Very cool your spinning.

Very interesting. I thought of your sweet Penny when I saw George. I would love to have a llama or alpaca. Great guardians for the flock or herd. Keep up the good work!

omg...that loom is so neat. Looks very complex to build but the operation of it seems simple enough.

Very interesting visit to Amiable Acres. I’d enjoy following them on UA-cam. Nice video editing, Dan.

I, too, immediately thought of Penny when I saw George. She was such a pretty girl.

Love that llama...I could use George out here in Texas...lots of coyotes! He'd sure need a haircut though!

Love the upscale chickshaw for cold climate! I think I should mine with insulation. 🤔

Nice farm. Does George remind you of Penny? Looms are pretty incredible machines. Way beyond my pea brain. LOL!

Dang Dan! Just come right out and say it..."Which is better in my stomach!!" lolI am surprised they have coyote issues. I wonder what part of northern Idaho, which county. I did go to their website, which has some really wonderful recipes and images. I was also a bit shocked when I read about the minerals, or lack there of, in todays produce....scary.

How is the meat from BFL? Love the wool, looking for a good fiber breed that is also great to eat. Any advice?

I've never had BFL but I've had Romney sheep which are great for both delicious and have good wool

Why in the world are they calving in November? Bad time of year to calve.
