Here I discuss why a Kadillac bar is a good training addition (based on shoulder anatomy) and then demonstrate which exercises are best suited for a standard barbell or a Kabuki bar, in a relatively unbiased way, including old-time bodybuilding favorites like bench presses, bent over rows, barbell curls, and tricep extensions.
