I think that you shouldn’t ban ur players or rank them recruit it’s a bad influence and they don’t want to play it then it’s ur game like legit you don’t want ppl to play ur game?
Not to mention punishing people for breaking rules, but when the person who MADE the rules breaks them, its ok. I think thats plain stupid, like you created the rules, and if you punish others for breaking them, but break them yourself just for fun? You shouldn't be the leader. Leaders "Lead by example" That is not leading by example. I have my own Military in GTA, and even I don't break the rules I create. I catch myself and sometimes even ask my MP to hand me a punishment if I did it on purpose. Because I follow the rules I CREATE.
