Yes think what done my hip in,is week before i speed walked 27 miles,you could call it slow running lol. But i am glad i done it,as i wanted to help the hospice,and before that i hiked 220 miles,think i ended up doing over 20 miles a day.Having a rest in spain,but trying cycle over hot deep sand is so hard. debs xx

Amazing Debs what an incredible achievement really felt your pain though that. I cycled the Isle of Wight for charity when I was younger and got hit by a car but luckily managed to continue till the end. Just left a donation to your charity all the best James

A most excellent adventure my punk rock hiking friend! I think its great you just power through the pain to enjoy yourself and say screw it ill deal with that tomorrow! The isle looks like an amazing historic place to hike. Wonderful charity you have chosen also. Im forever grateful for the hospice volunteers and the peace of mind they offered us in our home. Great one Debs! I will personally run and walk or run all the way. I find just walking to be painful for me. Its for a great cause though, great job 🙌
Yes think what done my hip in,is week before i speed walked 27 miles,you could call it slow running lol.
But i am glad i done it,as i wanted to help the hospice,and before that i hiked 220 miles,think i ended up doing over 20 miles a day.Having a rest in spain,but trying cycle over hot deep sand is so hard. debs xx

Amazing Debs what an incredible achievement really felt your pain though that. I cycled the Isle of Wight for charity when I was younger and got hit by a car but luckily managed to continue till the end. Just left a donation to your charity all the best James

A most excellent adventure my punk rock hiking friend! I think its great you just power through the pain to enjoy yourself and say screw it ill deal with that tomorrow! The isle looks like an amazing historic place to hike. Wonderful charity you have chosen also. Im forever grateful for the hospice volunteers and the peace of mind they offered us in our home. They are amazing people for what they do and you are amazing for what you do Deb! Hope you and the husband enjoyed yourselves despite the physical hangover/aftermath of your journey 🙂✌️
