Yes it is! Very easy. If you keep the bag quite empty though it might be a bit trickier to close with one hand. Also I moved the little fob with padlock to the strap, as it’s harder to open/close if you have it on the handle xx
I definitely think so! Especially handheld because holding both top handles gets in the way of opening the flap so I often don’t even use the turnlock 😊 xx

When you wear the bag crossbody is it easy to turn the lock to open???? love this bag!!!!
