Multiday Yard Projects Day 1

The projects in the yard truly are never ending!! And they really need to be done in a particular order. So this is the first in a series of tasks loosely associated with the Backyard Patio project, in that topsoil and new seeded lawn are part of it. But now this series will cover work in the front, upper and lower too.
