Question regarding palmar process or the wings. I got one of my yearlings hooves x ray and the palmar process looks distorted on the lateral side. So essentially the palmar process on the lateral side is pushing out laterally towards the hoof wall - if that makes any sense. The medial side of her palmar process looks quite normal when I compare it to other x rays on the internet. She’s not lame or uncomfortable but wondering if I should be worried. I wish I could post a picture of the x ray as it would make more sense.
