Между первым колесом шасси (да и вторым тоже) и втулкой ( у которой к тому же тоже есть резьба ) достаточно было бы поставить по одной гайке и друг с дружкой между собой их законтрить), а после установки последней гайки(за вторым колесом стойки шасси ) остаток болта спилить , а саму гайку посадить на супер-клей с болтом ( или аккуратно соединить пайкой). И меньше гаек уйдет на такую стойку и сама стойка будет легче по весу для RC- модели самолета .

@@machinistbros1923 That doesn't sound too bad for the size of airplane that would need that gear I'm thinking? I don't do large scale, 200 grams would be .25-.5 the weight of a lot of my planes! I'm looking around for ideas for a front gear for a Flitetest Mini Guinea.
I wouldn't be running those wheels on those threads, it will chew them out eventually unless you put some kind of bushings in the wheels

Lite Weight? At least use an aluminum shaft for an axle and some aluminum wheel collars, and nylon screws.

yes, its made of aluminium for high durability and to sustain high impact during landing . must be around 100-200 gms .
