@@jackbonham7014 the difference is magic have alot of supporting players in cole suggs wendell issac black moritz plus we have all our draft picks unlike phx who traded everything and every asset to get kd and beal. different situation were only using cap space so get ur facts straight jack....
@@stevec4189Well to get to the $50M number we can't afford to bring Moe and Issac back. We also have to pay Franz and Suggs next year. So we can't bring back any of our free agents, can't pick up contract options, and we can't sign this potential star for a long contract if Suggs or Franz hold out for a big contract. Don't get me wrong, I'd love PG, D Mitch, Garland, D. Murray etc... but I don't think it's realistic for us to go all in, we'd get 1-2 years before we have to offload support players.
I agree to a point, we have a small window where the extensions haven't kicked in and we can bring in a major free agent. Only issue I have is that most major players don't make free agency, they move via trades, but that that means having a big salary will help if a star does want out.
