There is nothing special, it's all muscle memory
When you remove superior aim and movements, it's just micro and macro positioning. You position your team in a good area to fight to win team fights and you position yourself to win 1v1s.

@Francis Soto I think my highest is 13 or 14, now my KD is higher, it's harder to get more kills per game as I'm more of a defensive player anyway
