    Great video, very clear for a slightly complicated function. a. what if a single order requires multiple shipments promised b. can events be created and terms set against them e.g. x% on confirmation event, y% on load event, z remainder ship/delivery event etc. or does terms handle this generally?

      No…ATP/CTP assumes 1 shipment…
      You can use prepayments (1 per Sales Order Header) for a down-payment, but the only module that could handle "milestone" based transactions would be

    I liked the video, but find either the calculations or the date descriptions illogical. If the CTP calculation only looks at your offset time (time needed to issue a new PO), and not a true lead time for that item (the time actually needed to procure that item), then the earliest delivery date is not actually a delivery date, rather the earliest date at which you would be able to give a delivery date. What am I missing?

      Hi @surfmase,
      You are technically correct. You'd have to create the PO using Requisition Worksheet (which does look at lead) to then get the Delivery Date off the PO.
