- Note: The Nvidia graphics card driver version 560.70 from July 16 causes Farming Simulator 22 to no longer start properly. Nvidia has been informed and will fix the problem as soon as possible. In the meantime, please install driver version 556.12 from 27.06. (www.nvidia.com...) so that you can continue to use the Farming Simulator as usual.
Is your FS22 map stuck at %20 or %85 and then will freeze?
It is likely you have a Mod conflict .

I downloaded this game today, this happens to me even without any mods. It gets to about 20% whether its on solo or multiplayer then proceeds to freeze and crash. I am on the microsoft store version on PC and have watched heaps of videos about it and nothing has worked. I've changed properties to dx11, opengl, reinstalled it, all my drivers are up to date, i've ran it in administrator mode and still no luck.
If you are running the Nvidia card , go back to the previous version before the last update . It is a known issue
Dawg I had the same problem like a week ago and saw your comment because I had the same problem till today when I asked chat GBT he mentioned how a overlay (such as Nvidia) can make the game not load, I tried it and it’s true I loaded pass 25%

Save game and exit with Tractor attached to a drawbar that is attached to Fendt Tigo will freeze the game loading at 80% everytime.
Can’t remember which of the 2 drawbars it is but if it’s attached to something and attached to tractor it will only ever load to 80% on XBSX.
Yes I had a draw bar that did that . This one here does not do that so it is a safe option 👍

I know there are a few out there , I don't remember the one that gave me issues , It could have been that one 🤔
@@LooneyFarmGuy also, can’t remember if the trailer had to have some amount of product or not. But that 3 way combo is def a 80% load screen.

I used to have that problem on old gen and a lot of it was how many mods it had to load and my slot count was almost to the max so it definitely slowed it down and it really showed on customizing mods with a lot of options as well it would kill my game as well it was really prevalent on old gen I haven’t had any issues on the current gen of console and with the ps5 version of the game I haven’t had any issues
Yes , it def is more of an issue with the older consoles 🫤
And if all else fails there’s always option C a 10 pound sledge hammer 🤣
There is always that option . Years ago i once took a controler outside and smashed it to bits on the driveway 😂

Hello i instal fs 22 today and its download the map but When you enter the map, it's only white. The graphics card is the Radeon RX 580.
Ok , Sorry , I have a very basic knolage of PC .
I'm on XB1 series s and everytime I install the straw harvest pack it gets to 50% and stops ....I've also had issues where I was going thru 14 mods at a time and I deselect the agi giants pack and it worked so there's no real base as to wut the actual problem is.....whether it's conflicting mods or giants packs with mods or individual mod situations....idk

I have this problem I just installed the game (PC) and I tried loading into a default map with zero mods and it crashed at 20-23%

A problem I have at times is not being able to complete contracts. Using various types of equipment not just modded equipment.
There can be a few reasons why that would happen , Aside from a map specific flaw it could be anything as there are sever different kinds of contracts you can do 🤷🏻♂
@@LooneyFarmGuy it hits me mainly when harvesting. Leaves me stuck at like 90 some percent. I have found if I'm using a modded combine with a modded header it hits me more often. I found a few work around of sorts, I'll use a regular header with whatever combine I want and most times that's just fine as long as the header isn't modded it's really a roll of the dice on when it happen lol its frustrating sometimes but because I enjoy the game so much there's little that bugs me to the point of getting mad and giving up. On a side note. I have yet to find someone that I can enjoy multi-player with, I'm 53 years old and have little patience with some of the younger players that don't want to play mostly serious l don't mind messing around and making things fun but I don't wanna see a player coming across the map in a monster truck pulling a seeder lol
@@OscarVaughn make sure the contract field is up to par.. ie plowed, fertilized, limed, weeded ect.. less than ideal conditions can cut into crop yield.
@@OscarVaughn That is interesting 🤔 I use mostly modded headers and combines for harvesting contracts and very rarely have issues . I am sorry but I am at a bit of a loss to guess why you see it so often 🤷🏻♂
I feel you on finding compatible multi players . There is a group of players in my circle that are around our age and have the same playing style . Here is a link to a few that do live streams and you can likely find some like minded players there 😃

what's really weird is when one map has errors for a certain Mod, then when i switch to another map using all the same mods it loads perfect.

That is the One thing I did not try . Although my mother did sometimes call me " Chief Rain in the pants " But I never knew why 😂
I have that issue whenever I would load a map and forget to download a mod or go on to the next day and download new mods and try to play that map again and it won't let me

idk it didnt really work for me i tried to make and then launch a completely new world no mods the usual map that there is and the suddenly it stopped at 27 percent then it said that it couldnt read my memory or somethin pls help im dying without fs22
If you’re on pc and have done a nvidia update. Go back to the previous version. It is a known conflict 😎

@@techguy228 nvidia is a pc update not a game update. It has nothing to do with mods if that is what you’re issue is
@@LooneyFarmGuy did u mean drivers for my gpu ? if yes, i do have the newest version of the drivers, i deleted all of my mods and maps and it still doesnt work
@@techguy228 The latest update to the Nvidia card , what ever that does , conflicts with the game and will not load . That is all I know

I have found something out that in my opinion is weird i had no mods installed and it got stuck loading at 20%, but with with all the mods installed, it got stuck loading at 50%

I’m on PC, the problem I have is the same one, but when I log off the computer while the save game, map is loading it won’t let me click the icon to open up fs22.

Had the same thing happen to me on pc, accidentally clicked a random button while it was exiting back to the main menu and the whole map crashed. Now it won’t load past 85%
@@sergiocastellanos33 have you done a nvidia update lately. That update is a known issue on pc
On old gen and vanilla game no mods still for some reason elm creek only loads to 85%

My game gets stuck at 50% when i try to load the straw harvest pack on some mod maps ive not been able to find the conflict its having yet, any help would be greatful
It could be that the straw pack is not compatable with those maps 🤷🏻♂️
@@LooneyFarmGuy it's Edgewater mainly, I'm on Xbox, been ready comment online and the mod creator said no issues with the pack, but it still doesn't load. Wish I could get it to work as I wanted to do a massive straw pellet harvest as I was running a large dairy farm
Ah yes well that map has a few extra features that other maps do not . So 🤷🏻♂️

I don’t get it, so I opened up a new map which is the same map but made a new save game and didn’t do anything different kept the same mods and it loaded up but when I tried in already in my previous save game it wants to stop at 95%? I’m so confused

@@andrewhaman4080 Ah , Well an update may change a mod and cause a map not to load or the other way around 🤷🏻♂ It is possible you have a corrupted save , it is hard to say 🤔
@@LooneyFarmGuy it was just weird cuz all the same mods worked and loaded up in a different save game but wouldn’t work with previous save game 🤷
I have DirectX 12 but fs22 is not working if i change DirectX to 11?

I haven’t been able to download a map in a couple weeks. No problem with tools, placeables, and other mods. Maps get to 100% then start over at 0%. Endless loop. Plenty of storage space. The old XB1 may have finally kicked the bucket but it’s weird that only maps are affected. Any suggestions? Other than new console obviously 😂😂
Have you tried uninstalling the game itself and then reinstalling it ? That is the only thing I can think of 🤷🏻♂
Im literally having that problem too. Reinstalled the game twice this week!! Can download small mods but not any maps (or 100mb-ish and above) it keeps just restarting the download once at 100%. I remember this happening before to me when a DLC was about to come out...hoping its that!

@@LooneyFarmGuy Yep, theres another one but you can't pick it up. It has its application however. Say if you don't want to run it over on accident and drag it across your field. But I like that one because you can just pick it up throw it in the bed of your truck with your toolbox and ladders and look like you're working hard. haha

I really need to upgrade to PS5, I had a really nice map (gross schneen) I lost to this problem after about 100 hours, no different mods added since I started, and all of a sudden a contract messed up, i reloaded the map, and RIP 😢
Actually as I’m thinking about this, could it be the save game slot is corrupted? This same thing happened to me with slot 3 before 🤔

Just got the game after playing FS19 for the longest time. Absolutely no mods installed wanted to try the game out, froze at 30% and then got a memory error notification. ??

@@LooneyFarmGuy PC. I'm contemplating just refunding the game and playing FS19. I've tried everything, I turned the game from DX12 to DX11 and that did seem to work but the stutters made the game unplayable. And for some reason my xbox controller wouldnt connect to the game but on FS19 and FS17 it worked just fine.

@@spinster4000 there is one thing that I heard was that there was an update to a computer part (nvidia ? ) that the update was affecting FS22 not loading .

The other % is due to Giants november 2023 update, which broke several maps sadly.
Before the update, all my maps loaded fine, afterwards, 3 maps refused to load, lots of players had the same problem sadly, for me it was Goldcrest Valley, Fox Farms and North beach, that woulden't load anymore, and when being presented with the details of the problem, they just stopped responding and just said, we can't help, they knew they messed up, but woulden't admit it.
The changelog for that update did mention something about maps loading, and that was the cause of the stuck at 85% loading problem.

@fontheking5 yep this here is is 99% of the problem now. Especially maps with multifruit. Unless you don't like any mods, you are pretty screwed now.

Im unable to see my machines, like trailers, plows, cultivators etc, but im only able to see vehicles and such, its a pain because im unable to reset the machines but only the vehicles. I play on PC and i have no idea what the issue is, I tried with no bots but up to no good. Could someone help? Do i have to reinstall the game?
SOunds like you have a massive mod conflict . Start a map with no mods and see if you still have the same issue
@@LooneyFarmGuy I figured, but even with a brand new save on a standard map with no mods i am still unable to see my machines except for vehicles, I'm really puzzled at this point, and the worst part is I have no idea when it even happened so im unable to track down whatever caused it.
@@koper_r So Just so I am clear . You can not see them on the PDA or you can not see them while you are standing on the map walking around on your farm even though you own them and they show in your inventory ?
