@TheColdThruster Traction is how well the car handles corners, terrain handling is how well the car handles bumps and jolts.I'm assuming, anyway.

It comes with the speed expansion pack so in other words you don't unlock it you buy it.

4 years later: You can purchase it on the PS store.
8 years later they delisted and cannont be bought anymore
I didn't know this game had dlc
probably they delisted it cause they shut servers long time ago
Today in august 2021, both dlc speed and adrenaline packs are available for purchase on ps store
