Imagine having a wedding walking down the isle looking at someone who you will spend the rest of your life with this unfaithful person. No thank you.
How do you bring a child in to such a toxic relationship. Don't be mad when other baby mama's show up! She has very poor self esteem! She definitely needs to work on her self.
Choices, he chooses to cheat, she chooses to ignore it. He won't change, she eventually might, but I personally couldn't live like that.

Everyone is focussing on whether or not she should have married and should stay with him. Bert is right - starting a relationship with both of them hiding their lies instead of talking openly and honestly shows what a fragile and precarious foundation they are building their family and future on.
Her husband might actually respect her and see her as strong if he knew that she knew

How stupid is she. She allows him to cheat so he will continue. If she doesn’t mind sharing then might as well tell him you know & at least then he doesn’t have to hid it. Then to get pregnant & bringing a baby into a home that is like that is crazy. Kids would rather be from a broken home then live in a broken home.
