Just from screenshots and zooming in, it looks like a Supro Corsica amp and a ProCo Rat pedal of some variety. I agree, it’s a really cool kind of ragged fuzz sound that fits the style of music perfectly!
She is the co-leader of a band named Wednesday, from Asheville, NC, that is massively respected by musicians including me. People have different tastes. I love the way she sings.
