How to set up the Hyperparameters of a Neural Network

Neural Networks have a lot of knobs and buttons you have to set correctly to get the best possible performance out of it. Although some of them are self-explanatory and easy to understand (like the number of neurons in the input layer) and choose, there are many hyperparameters that are a bit more complex in terms of how they affect the outcome of the model (e.g. number of layers, the batch size or weight initialization).
In this hands-on tutorial, we will learn how to change the values for the hyperparameteres we learned about in the previous lessons in implementation. Specifically in Python and Keras.

These one is a good review of all that came before. I guess building these things is actually easy but the hard part is understanding how get all these tools and parameters to best fit with a particular use case? Therein lies the art.
