I'm in love with this mansion. I'm aggrieved that I can't click on the BUY BUTTON. So many things have blown me away, including the tropical waterfall. It looked like a scene from Heaven. It's the most beautiful garden I've seen on luxury home channels. JP also nailed his tour. This is such a great channel.
Hey Jp. That opening waterfall view is breathtaking. This preview looks amazing. Front yard pool? Must admit it’s private with the tall shrubbery and trees. Don’t care for the parking right there by the pool. But i do see the side entrance into the home. Don’t know if staging or the owners furniture but it is lovely. Massive kitchen. Unique color cabinetry. The first guest bedroom is massive with en-suite. Second bedroom with en-suite is amazing right by the waterfall. Front yard, pool, dining, kitchen is amazing. Now the side entrance I saw in the beginning is actually into the second guest bedroom. I don’t think ppl would get out the pool and enter the home through the front door. All of this outdoor leveled seating up the stairs is different. A vineyard? Ok. The master, en-suite and closet is lovely. Very unique home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
Front Yard Pool remind me of a thing in the hood... people BBQ in their front yards... it was strange to many people... this has a pool and a outdoor kitchen. I suppose they placed it on the front of the home so that people and guess can be seen at all times and not go in the home... also its ease of access for parties. Its more logical if you are a person that entertain... the problem is in many of our minds its not normal.
Great pool at the front right by all the cars coming in and out with their exhaust fumes pouring into your gelato while you're taking a dip, hmm, yum yum.

Expert Mrs Donna is good for motivating people tochange their bad habits of spending to better habits of savings. She does push advisors but considering her main target audience are people that have made bad financial decisions using an advisor although cost money might help them avoid bad decisions when it comes to investing too. The most important part is trading early for a long time and not panicking, Being too conservative can hurt your returns as well
