I don’t think they can legally sell plushies of Sun, Moon, Jack o Moon, and possibly not Eclipse, or Solar. Since they are owned by Scott Cawthon. (Looking it up, he still has almost full rights over the franchise, despite not working on the games any more. Interestingly enough.) Lunar, Earth, and I think Dazzle (unless the model is from something else?), could be counted as original characters. But it still might require further research. Better to be safe than sorry.

Like Earth might not even have those parts required. We can only assume bio organic animatronics gain those parts. And I’m not sure if Sun and Moon would be so happy if the couple banged so early in the relationship being protective brothers and all. I don’t think Lunar would be too mad if it happened, he’d likely be hype for the baby/babies to come.
