Was there yesterday pretty slow , I can see a massive yellow bass down there on my under water camera but they don't really take the bite they just taking your bite little by little (smart).lol
Yeah with the fishing pressure, they’ve become very tight lipped. Open water season tho, they’ll be hungry again and feed like crazy.
Thanks for fishing 🎣 in the tournament! We are thinking about expanding on the yellow bass side of things to maybe 2 or 4 guy teams. Any thoughts or opinions on that ? Alot is going to based on the dnr placing a limit on them this spring as well. Again also we appreciate you plugging our area fishing as well.
Dnr limit will kill the tornament.
Hey PapaBlastoise, I had a lot of fun fishing the event. Can’t wait for next season! I think it would be awesome to have teams, but to make it fair, it would have to be different categories. Like single category and team category. If the limit is put in place, could always do the heaviest limit weight. Would make it more competitive, too! Take care, see you during open water season!
It’ll make the tournament different, for sure. But I don’t think it’ll kill the tournament.
