I have two questions. What if I do not hear the gas going to the oven to light the pilot? Would that still be the issue? Also what was the name of the part? The link isn’t specific. Thanks!

Nice video. The flame sensor tube you have there appears to be a universal or type K thermocouple, along with a pilot assembly.
The thermocouple will generate something like 30 millivolts when subjected to flame. The combination valve has a gas solenoid which you manually hold open when you do the push to light thing, until the thermocouple gets hot enough to generate enough voltage to continue to hold the solenoid valve open. If the flame were to go out or something fails, the thermocouple quits making voltage and the solenoid closes, stopping gas flow.
On the pilot assembly where the gas line attaches is an orifice, and often times the issue is debris in there. It’s a small opening and a tiny fleck of whatever can cause the pilot flame to be too small or burning too poorly to properly heat the thermocouple. The orifice can be blown out, but don’t stick anything metal in it (like a wire or torch cleaner).
Anyhoo thermocouples do also fail, and can be purchased separately for cheap. Where the pilot assembly with thermocouple might be hard to find, just the thermocouple isn’t. (I keep a couple on hand). More rarely the solenoid in the valve can fail.

how does the oven end assemble?
I have the thermocouple but some small parts fell out when I took the brass nut off the new part and the old pilot burner
theres a little silver "hat" that fell out with a jet looking piece and the old jet wont come off the aluminum tube

My RV oven does not get beyond 200 degrees, When first lit, the oven flame looks high, but within a couple of minutes the flame is very low no matter what temperature the oven is set to. Any suggestions?

I’m not expert but I would guess an issue with the temperature thermistor that reads oven temperature.

Please help!! Do you have a video that shows step by step how you reconnect the inside pipe in the oven. Mine is completely taken apart; the tray with the pipe attached to it and the other parts hanging from the back that run from the stove.

My pilot light lights just fine. When I turn the temp knob up the flame tub is slow to light and I get very little flame, even on Broil. Any Idea what the issue might be?
