I am not sure if UA-cam still auto-blocks links. You should be able to find it by searching "Red-Alert-Mission-Editor" on Github search bar (it is likely the only entry). This map editor is specialized for working with my (and Iran's) exe extensions. I made it because no editor had that level of support. On the other hand, it does not support TD and Remastered-specific stuff. For that I believe Nyerguds has a decent extension of the Remastered editor.
@@lovalmidasI found it I think. It is nguoiyoujie/Red-Alert-Mission-Editor correct? This is really cool and advanced. Being able to change the House of which buildings belong to in-game, extending the map terrain and being able to build more than AI base opens up so many possibilities. Unfortunately the Remastered editor doesn't have any of those features.
