don’t be discouraged! Takes a lot of strength and not a beginner move, especially through Lil G’s method.
Try handstand control and airchairs for arm strength/control
Try multiple windmills to get the similar leg motion.

@@bissotv9935 resting the body weight on his dominating arm. that]s not the normal way of learning flare.. its actually easyer like this. provided you can airchair on the starting arm you would do flare on. if you cant airchiar this flare tequnic is impossible.
