    Great video man! Remember when I asked you about tips for a longer fl hold? I followed your advice and I actually got past the 5 sec barrier and I have a solid 8-10 sec fl now. Super happy about my progress, thank you!💪🔥

      @@barkage what’s the biggest reason people can’t get the adv. tuck planche in your opinion. I am currently trying to get to it and it would be helpful if I had an idea of a couple bad habits to steer away from.
