Just real unscripted talk, blend of serious and comedy. I have no idea if that’s common on talk shows but that’s the only one I’ve seen record and publish them

Two thoughts on this
1. None of the other talk show host has the quick and very funny humor as Conan to make a boring event like going to the doctor into an entertaining bit.
2. This female physician has it all. Highly professional, very attractive, feminine and happy. Perfect.
There's legit a poster of Scrubs in the examination room, what a legendary doctor
...She didn't decorate that exam office. Scrubs and ER were both NBC programs related to the medical field and NBC owns that room. All of 30 Rockerfeller Plaza is just about painted with NBC branding, inside and out.

Yeah its one of his long running gags that he's a huge ladies man and women just flock to him.
Its kind of true though because he's tall, confident and successful and despite him being pasty, old and married, he's still got it. Joking or not.
He's had some real chemistry with some of the guests though but I think that's partially just his charm and ability to make people comfortably uncomfortable.
