I was 11 years old and remember watching it home with my dad. That was the first time my father let me stay up that late and the first time I’ve seen him cry out of happiness. We celebrated that home run like crazy specially after what had just happened at the WTC in 9/11. Thanks for that homer and so many good memories captain. DJ2
It was a privilege to watch Jeter play his entire career. Same with Don Mattingly Andy pettitte Mariano Rivera Jorge Posada and of course my favorite one of all Bernie Williams
@@slingitandflingitdiscgolf8340 hopefully Judge takes a look back at Bernie and Jeter and how they took less to stay in the bx. Not much less but less lol

@@slingitandflingitdiscgolf8340 also playing for the Yankees gives a player more exposure. If Judge played his whole career so far in say Tampa, he would just be that big dude that hits real good when he ain't hurt. Of course he is having a amazing season but this has been his best since his rookie season. If he is not a Yankee he is not in as much demand. Dems da facts. I hope he realizes that when he cashes in. Also the Yanks did the same with Jeter,Posada,Bernie, etc. So i don't wanna hear the "i felt insulted" Freddie Freeman bs lol. Now hitting for the Yankees, Number 2, Derek Jeter, the Shortstop, Number 2. Derek Jeter, #6 all-time in hits (3,465). If Jeter didn't get hurt in 2013, he probably would've caught Stan Musial for #4 on the all-time hits list (3,630).
@Edged Line Plus he did it right handed. Only Hank Aaron is ahead of him right handed. Cobb, Musial, and Speaker were all left-handed and Rose was a switch hitter.
@@JOK3RC4RDx also this new starting extra innings with a runner on 2nd. This only makes sense imo if the away team bats in the top of the 10th normal. Then the home team gets a runner on 2nd to start the bottom of the 10th. Because what's the point of home-field advantage if as soon as you get the extra innings the away team gets a runner on second base, and scores period Then where is the home-field advantage? The home team now has to come back in the bottom of the 10th inning. But then again we are talkin about 2021 baseball it's not like they're going to bump the guy to Third and then score him on a Sac fly. Although I have seen some teams try and do it. Some of them pull it off but most of them don't
A rare list where I have no problem with the order or the selections. My favorite home-run is the 3000th hit one but obviously the stage of the W.S. trumps, whoops didn't mean to curse. Beats that one. :)
@ 6:23... And the idiot traded the ball in for some tickets and memorabilia. Screw that! I would have wanted at least $1 Million for that home run ball.

Those guys played so well together as a team. Nowadays that is rarely the case with any team

Total Class Act
Also, the bigger the game, the better he played.
Re2pect the Captain Derek Jeter
Ok but his defensive metrics 🤯
You never watched him play
@@7curto who me?
these are really well done, thank you
Can’t wait to use him in The show this year🤝
@ 3:52... "Hit a long way into the wind by JEREK Jeter" LMAO
hearing the scooter really brings back great memories
Nice video! Good work
Thanks for the content. Good work and much appreciated!
Favorite player of all time
Baseball is a very dangerous sport, especially at the mlb level when pitchers be throwing fast balls right at your face.
I miss listening to Scooter
The Captain⚾️!
His bat toss is still hilarious 😂
I personally would have put his only career grand slam instead of the ASG homerun, but great list no matter what
He would have won 1 maybe 2 mvps if
He was not on the most hated team in baseball
Should make a Ricky Ledee "Greatest Hits" list...
#4 was definitely a fly out I can’t believe the ump called it a HR that’s insane
Jerek Jeter?
Was about 25 rows back of where the Mr. November ball landed and became history
Where did that guy get the MR.November sign so fast?
I’ve always wondered the same thing! Yankees fans are some clever people when it comes to signs.
What about his only grand slam on 06/18/05 vs Chicago Cubs why isn't that on the list?
Who is watching in 2021
¡EL CAPITÁN!
1:02 back when the ASG was fun and the team that deserved homefiled in the World Series got it.
The team with the better record should always have home field advantage letting the allstar game decide it is bullshit for multiple reasons

Can you do this for every famous yankee star
Honorable mention: that first pitch curveball from Barry Zito
my name is Derek and my dog's name is Jeter
I got a good video for you , how can I send it ? Don’t see your email on your channel

Mr November.
Missing the grand slam.
Missing a lot of big homers, but cmon a grand slam with no relative meaning isn’t a bigger homer than any of the ones on this list

Number four wasn't a homerun and everyone knows it
Actually, it was the greatest homerun that anyone has ever hit in the history of baseball.
