    INGREDIENTS
    SUSHI RICE
    ▢4 cups freshly cooked rice
    ▢3 tablespoon rice vinegar
    ▢1 tablespoon sugar
    ▢1 teaspoon salt
    FURIKAKE
    ▢1/2 cup sesame seeds
    ▢1/2 cup Korean roasted seaweed - crumbled or cut into small bits
    ▢1 teaspoon salt - to taste
    ▢1 teaspoon sugar - to taste
    CREAMY TOPPING
    ▢1 big ripe mango - diced
    ▢1 medium cucumber - diced
    ▢2 cups Kani - shredded or cut into chunks
    ▢200 grams cream cheese
    ▢1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
    ▢1 tablespoon Sriracha - - adjust as desired
    ▢salt - to taste
    ▢20 sheets Korean roasted seaweed sheets - - or use nori sheets

    This is a really good sushi bake recipe! My adjustments, no mango and added sesame oil to the rice.

    I've been using your recipe for three times now and I always get compliments by how good it is. Btw, I also add a teaspoon of wasabi in the sauce for additional kick and just recently we tried adding mozzarella cheese and it turned out great! Thank you so much for doing this ❤️

      The taste are different. So you will not get the usual sushi taste if you use regular mayonaisse only.

      Depende po sa tolerance level nio. For this recipe, hindi po magiging spicy ung dish, just a hint.

      Hi! I tried this recipe with brown rice. It turned out great 😊😋 You just need to cook the brown rice with more water so you will get a sticky rice texture 😋

      Short-grain rice is recommended. But you can also try Jasmine or Dinurado. The amount of water depends on the rice, just follow the package instructions. 😊

      Hi, Maki is rolled sushi, and as explained in my blog, Sushi Bake is a deconstructed version of the rolled one. 😊
