Do you know about how much the mat weighs with the rubber mat included?

Thx for the video. Great looking setup. Hopefully I'll have my own setup next year.

Good review. You mentioned you have, or have tried, other strips. Which ones? Im currently bouncing back and forth between eztee hybrid and a bullseye 3D. Any chance you have either and can compare the forgiveness?

@@milehighspeedrc8412 I do have the Bullseye 3D. I also have the Fiberbuilt Grass Series which is by far the most forgiving strip out there. Are you looking for the most forgiving hitting strip? If so that would be the one however you would sacrifice realism. I can do a comparison with the Bullseye3D. I also have several DIY strips.

@ thanks for the reply. How does this foam one compare to the bullseye? I rotate between my two mats due to elbow pain that kicks up in winter when I’m hitting indoors with the 3D. My bullseye is just a little too firm if I do a lot of hitting with it. This foam looks much more forgiving just visually. The eztee is great for impact but as a long pile it can be grabby and over time that gets my wrist hurting…..this aging stuff blows😜. This mat looks like maybe a tweener, short pile with more forgiveness?

I was having the same issue, elbow and wrist pain in the winter. That’s when I started building the divot strips and it made a huge difference. Short pile but a lot of spring action and no pain. The problem with those is they don’t hold up as well as a solid foam like this Carls mat. That’s why I went with that. I wasn’t really thrilled with the Bullseye 3D. I can do a close up side by side comparison tomorrow if you’d like.

How close are you to the screen from your hitting area?

Look like it’s higher then your feet

@@sinkingputts I can see it may look like that in video but it’s actually level and made for that mat. Thanks for the comment.
