I've had this for almost 3 years i want to say. It was a gift from my mom. I'm not a coffee drinker at all so I had no use for it. But I recently started drinking caramel iced coffee, so here I am watching videos on how to use this machine lol.
I found out that the bottom of the K-Cup punctures the needle at the bottom easier if you push it down by hand before closing the lid also makes it way easier to close the lid seems to make the coffee flow easier and Brews better especially if you're running hot chocolate or a cappuccino mix it drains the cup better.

The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong. I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help. So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it.
Thanks for the video. My machine is identical but it should have been designed with an option to make hot coffee....or at least warm. Mine makes cold only. Yours makes hot coffee....I am envious.
A really cheap option for tea instead of buying the boxes of Tea Pods just buy the 100 pack store-brand tea bags. Place one single serve tea bag inside the hole where you would put the K-kup and spread the bag so that the hot water flows over the bag evenly and close the lid. Found out the middle size selection makes a medium strength. Makes a perfect cup of tea! And for a delicious kick place a couple of cinnamon sticks in with the tea bag and it will flow over the cinnamon sticks on its way down to the teacup.
I’ve seen one that lets you select a size before water is hot and brews when it’s heated so you can click and go upon startup.. I just don’t know which one it is... I would like to know

Then i used my coffee in the reusable cups but i still get that weird taste...is this how is supposed to taste?
@@TheStuffZone I used regular great value coffee and vanilla flavor..and also the Nescafe. I washed the water container yesterday and it seems it doesn't taste as much. Hopefully that'll do

My power button started sticking for some reason found out that if you put a teeny tiny dab of olive oil on your index finger and rub it around the power button it fixes that problem, hasn't stuck again.

it actually stays on, which I think is a good thing if you want another cup quickly. It's completely silent when on and idle. Totally fine to leave it that way and I bet it hardly uses any electricity to keep the little green light on.

The instructions say that the smaller the cup, the stronger. The 8 oz is supposed to be ideal. Brew twice, such as two times 6oz, to achieve a larger sized stronger coffee. 👍
Hey y’all, I have The K35 compact model, I lost the k cup holder and needle part, looked it up online but I can’t find it. It lists all the models it’s compatible with except the K35. Can someone help please?
My only complaint about this model ( compact) is that the water tube does not go directly to The coffee dispenser. This allows water to be held / accumulate in the unit. This is a potential area that mold or other contamination may occur. If you want to see for yourself then empty the water reservoir, remove any loose parts and hold the unit upside down over a sink. A continuous flow of water will result and you cannot pump the water out nor is this area accessible. I attempted to contact Kuerig and they refused to discuss this or forward my comment to the design staff. I am attempting to dry my unit out for storage and perhaps a return to store. Therefore I suggest you use this and clean weekly with vinegar to attempt to reduce mold growth, truly I do not suggest this model to anyone. Sorry Kuerig this model should be discontinued and recalled!

I get the same taste but my husband says he can’t taste it. He thought I was crazy.I can also smell the plastic.

tastes great to me. If you're worried about plastic, I suggest adding fresh water before each brew so it doesn't have a chance to just sit there.

I Just bought one and it does not fill the cup all the way its always half of it. I tried it with all three options of cups and its the same😒
I Descaled mine and it seems to fix the problem 😉 good luck

@@TheStuffZone descale is running 1:1 vinegar and water thru the machine using any cup size. You can also buy decaling liquid from Canadian Tire
How many cups can you get out of one little pack?
just one. I mean you can use the same pod for multiple cups but each brew will become less potent
