Great Video. If it helps the community and solo players, there is a youtuber called "Crymate" that does raid checkpoints 24/7 streams. No twitch needed, no killing enemies, pc and console. You can bank 105 spoils a week over 3 characters with raid weapons and gear. In destiny chat you just join, get chests and leave. Hope it helps. 👍

@ryno1808 its not just about gitting hard, anarchy has a unique tesla effect allowing damage over time traps while you rotate. Also constant weakness from the seasonal atrifact when you damage with a gl. I dont think anyone said it was the best

With the morale of d2 as bipolar as dizzy bat, I'd say I'm someone with an unspeakable amount of hours on d 1 & 2, and like others: I’ve raided when social groups were good, or when randomly charged enough to suffer rando(m) calrissians. If you ever done the latter, you know it’s not for the faint of heart, but I digress. With that said, something like this (a no nonsense cliff’s notes guide for something painfully outside our normal gamer routine) is so needed right now as it draws from Bungie’s actual treasure trove of content that is protected (and rightfully so- for the most part) and regulated. But really, they should lean into this and open it up. It’s not like every single player that has an anarchy did it by getting those 240 spoils in 6 man raid groups lasting x amount of hours. I’ve been a lurker fan for a good while, and must say you have a je ne sais quoi that we as a gaming communnity could greatly use more of…well always; my gut tells me you are Destiny's everyman 🙌🙌. I thought you did a great job covering kells fall and will be eagerly awaiting to see what you got coming next. Lastly I’ll give the best compliment I can think of regarding my comment on this video- I was able to do / learn this because of your guidance and insight! You rock and hope to see you out there one day!
Also remember if you're farming for chests that can drop loot from garden of salvation or last wish, you need spoils of conquest to apply deepsight harmonizers too them too. So there is more use than just those few exotics you can buy from the kiosk
I've been doing the first chest in Vow for ages now, on 3 characters so getting 15 spoils a week and so far I've snagged the Terrabah and the Anarchy. Took a while to get 480 spoils though lol. But it's super easy to do. And because it's a raid I've actually done, I also get some good weapons from the chests as well, including red borders. Got a fully crafted Deliverance fusion from doing these (by using the Deepsight Harmonisers with each red border I got of it).
Decides to try this out. It was really easy. You don’t even have to be in orbit to get the invite. But you shouldn’t get involved in something that you can’t immediately leave. I was doing bounties, public events, and generally goofing off in open world. You can randomly get made fireteam leader so make sure you change characters instead of exiting to orbit when you’re done. Someone almost pulled the group before everybody got the chest on one run. Overall I would recommend trying this. ✌️

Just fyi, for Vow, you don’t need to kill any of the enemies after the big Savathun. You can just ignore them and keep running. When you die to the debuff, you’ll just respawn where you died. It’s way faster that way. Edit: Nvm, you told people they don’t have to kill them later.
Unfortunately I'm confused using this Twitch bot service. So I'm trying the "!queue vog confluxes n " and I get queued up w/ other people. For D2Checkpoints, you're supposed to wipe and create a checkpoint to go back to solo. That doesn't work, no checkpoint. On the TCT Discord, someone said you're supposed to change character and load your own instance. That just sends me back to orbit. What do you do to get something like Confluxes and solo getting the chests?
@@RufusTheRuse post Templar would be the best check point. Just run down until new area shows and then leave. Check point is saved. The conflux one you just gotta run with the group and grab the chests and hope the party leader don’t orbit everyone. Make a specific looting class. Strand is nice with grappling, eager edge sword, and rocket jumping.

Depending on your comfort zone, fireteam finder in game will have listings for final bosses or you can make your own. Im sure with the bento thing plenty of people are going to shattered thrown final boss for an easy win
The vault of glass one isnt too hard to do without a checkpoint. Unfortunately doing it solo is rough because of having all the enemies attack you. But people used to do that all the time on the old lfg. I really wish people were more inclined to slow down and get to know each other and play together more though, many people use methods like this or fireteam finder just just get an activity done then peace out. It makes meeting people and making friends extremely difficult. I know the last wish patterns and how to sword skate across the gap, i know how to open the door in the intro to VoG, and i know how to skip to the first secret chest in Garden of Salvation. I currently dont need spoils for much of anything but would still run those if people want.
I play daily, if you ever wanna play and raid, I’m down. It’s impossible to get a good group of people and you’re right, lfg is so up and down. I’m serious though, we can raid and dungeon daily, I’m on during the day all day

This is great but FYI the bot will sometimes match you with 6 plus the bot. (so can't start activity) If no one leaves the bot kicks itself and no checkpoint. So to the back of the line. Happened to me after being queued for half hour
You don't need to.fight after Sav in Vow, just Sparrow past to the markers. Even if u die to darkness u respawn & carry on. Vog you can solo out of map & get the chest. You can swap characters & re use a CP, just post to share, leave swap & rejoin. 1st encounter Vespers as Hunter you can out of bounds for free Artifice armor ✌️
Quite informative, i dont currently have a personal need for spoils other than the garden of salvation loot im getting from the secret chest but i didnt know specifically about the method he used to get there and im sure that can help others without a group

I got to a point I could do lost sectors on masters solo and got to 8 but now you have make your own your own team and it’s too bullet spongy. It turned this amazing and complicated game too difficult for me to play, just to have fun. I’ve paid for the year but it’s just not fun anymore. Bungie really killed it for me. Not speaking for anyone else, just me.
Yessir. The loot varies and something like Vow of the Deciple does not drop weapons or armor unless you have already acquired them but it does still drop spoils regardless
i was in queue two times now which did cost me an hour but i never get an invite, my bungie name is correct and all is public.. no idea what i do wrong

@cahutton I see a lot of people in this community that feel similarly 😢 i dont know of any clans like that, mine doesnt rage at people (destiny two knights) but its largely inactive you can give that a try if you want, im on fairly often and we could probably do something
stay outside the courtyard and shoot that ghost of savathun it's lightning can't hit yu and yu can easily side ste those homing energy balls by stayin close to the wall n stepping aside so tht they hit th wall instead of yu :)
I used to use the companion app and there were lfg groups specifically looking for spoils so they would label it as "first 2 chests" "spoils only" and it was very easy. Or if you know how to work around the mechanics you can open the door solo
Been playing for 8yrs. Rarely get to raid I have 170 spoils gonna get my Anarchy for the first time been wanting this for so long! But I do have the GOS weapon which was ridiculously hard to get. Now watch they nerf it.
Oh yeah absolutely, i dont think they go to the post master at all unfortunately, there is (maybe) no stockpiling. 240 max buy something then go back to farming. I could be wrong but its safer

Always on time it is still the best sparrow in game because it has that perk which makes enemies less aggro towards you while you riding it.

I've been solo farming the discipline raid one for the last year and a half it takes like 20 weeks the last thing I have to get is the Sparrow

How do you hold the checkpoint for a friend. U cant wipe. Sometime leaving the fireteam it saves the checkpoint and sonetimes if does not.

Last Wish has 2 secret chests you can get solo as well BUT they don't give spoils. You can get red border crafteable weapons and armor.
@D.K81 garden of salvation has one you can get the now craftable loot from but also does not give spoils.
