A bit light on technical details like profile and speed/load rating. I was interested to see that Michelin now remanufacture the Michelin X in 155 x 14 size. From the Longstone website this is apparently a T rated tyre in 80 profile. Missing from the information in the video and on their website is original tyre figment for the Series 1 Fulvia Berlina GTE. This had Michelin ZX 155 SR 14 tyres as originals. I can confirm that as I still have some which are no doubt original on my car....although I wouldn’t use them. ZX tyres replaced Michelin X in 1968 and the Fulvia GTE was mostly produced in 1969. Michelin ZX is unfortunately not produced now in a suitable size for Fulvias and it would be a shame to fit the Michelin X when this was replaced in the model’s lifetime.
Too bad neither Michelin nor Pirelli made a specific size for the Lancia Beta Coupe I have one that is perfect, only thing I don’t like is the set of toyo 310 155 r14 . It is a 1977 car and the Michelin X is too old for a period correct tire... I would have loved a set of Michelin XZX but it doesn’t exist with the 155 r14 or 165 r14 size... Do you think in the future Michelin would make them available? I know there are the Michelin XAS but they look to much Citroën-ish
