I red shirted him and this past Championship season, he was a RS Freshman second in the Heisman, 3400 yards passing, 28-9 TDs - INT, 800+ rushing yards.. GEM
I had this 5* guy named George Bell pop up and recruited him as a 72 OVR. But, is stats were good enough I could run him at WR, RB, and CB. Came out of Iowa holding the all-time Receiving TD, Rushing TD, and Receiving Yards leader.
My most recent dynasty is a rebuild dynasty. I’m in the 4th year, and I have a Freshman ROLB named Jeff Armstrong, who was a 76 ovr ATH. I had better LBs, but I decided to take a risk and start him. The first game was against FCS, and on the first drive, he played man coverage on the TE and caught a pic and nearly ran it back. We beat them 77-0. The next game was rank 25 Navy, and I was really dreading to play them. So on the first play, I picked 2 man under, squeezed the D-line inward and made them pinch, then set my LBs to the outside. The QB started to run the option, but Jeff Armstrong hit him and he fumbled, then we got the ball. It was one of the best games I had ever played. We beat them 49-0 and held them to 57 offensive yards.
Before you get into your list, I wanna mention that 1 time for a Cal rebuild I once got a 2 star scrambling type from Texas that grew into the starter as my Cal team became a dynasty
The best linebacker I’ve ever had was 67 OVR. All-American and LB of the year as a freshman, jumped to 76 OVR as a sophomore(best out he 75 OVR transfer I got) and he’s on pace to win LB of the year and All-American again. 67 OVR, I can leave him 1v1 against TEs all day, blows up the run game, reads like every screen with no user. He’s literally always around the ball. OVR is only a small part of what makes a player

But after a yr, 2 fictional running backs became the stars of my squad. Clay Brown #21 (outfitted him with a clear visor) and Eddie Wright (cant remember his jersey number) put up some quality numbers as freshmen and sophomores. Both were 2 star cats but had decent ratings in the physical attributes. Eddie Wright had like 88 speed w quality agility. I used him like reggie bush in terms of returns and at rb. Clay Brown was a very poor man's Ladanian Tomlinson in that I could throw to and run the ball with him. 1500+ rushing yds like 300 more receiving. Didnt have break away speed but serviceable catch rating oddly enuff. I dont think we managed any upsets tho we did play Stanford real close

i have a former 3 star recuit playing his senior year on my UCF dynasty and hes the 2nd 99 overall ive ever had. his block shedding is amazing, plus he holds my sack record, the guy is a monser. just wish i had screenshots lol
before i started recording i had a 68 overall linebacker who went up to a 81 after one scouting, later became 99 overall at the end of his first season and i didnt even user him
