What I want to know is how to get these tests done? Are doctors generally amenable to ordering these tests? What do you ask you doctor for.

This was phenomenal and complicated, but you have the perfect personality to keep my attention. I am from a different country, so I have to try and help myself. I will use this as a foundation.

@Dr. LeGrande Thank you for sharing your in depth knowledge. May I ask what type of professional should an ADHD patient try and find that has this knowledge? While that may not be so easy to answer, maybe you could provide some questions to ask them that would be beneficial in looking for this type of help? Thank you so much.

Is phenylalanine the chemical we used in chemistry class that they warned us would cause serious diarrhea if ingested or through skin contact and to be mindful of that? 😊😊

so the question is, can we talk all of them at once or only one at a time till we know which one works best for us?

He said it's best to get testing done. In different videos he says he tries things himself one by one trialling. But he always tests himself and others to know what might actually work.

Agmatine, taurine and L theanine. All will modulate the glutamate receptors and act upon the gaba receptors. Chamomile tea and glycine is great as well. Best to go on a ketogenic diet as well. Your blood suger will stabilize and ketones will be taken up readily by the brain. This stops hypoglycemia which is an obvious but hidden cause of anxiety and depression.

If you don't got insurance it's going to be really expensive but you can't go to clinics and pay a certain amount of money like $100 150 and do like a 12 panel or something like that

L-Theanie is a critical element in the treatment of my Parkinson’s- restored focus, motivation, elimination of hallucinations, so many cognitive processes restored, even relief from some side effects of C/L. It gave me my brain back. I could write a book about the benefits I have experienced, because this write up doesn’t scratch the surface. It took me a few years to find my optimal dose and daily frequency (200mg, 5x day), because even though the results were profound after taking just one 100mg tablet, I began to wonder if that was as good as it got. Your experience may differ.

Does anyone know if these would help with emotional numbness following high dose Olanzapine for 3 months? I was misdiagnosed with psychosis during alcohol withdrawal and since discontinuing the Olanzapine I have no emotions and can’t even cry. It’s very bizarre and I know it’s a D2 antagonist and binds to the receptor potentially irreversibly.

I'm a recovering alcoholic with almost 6 years sober July 4th and somewhere in the middle of september of 8 years clean off all drugs however 2 years ago I was put on benzos and no doctor where I'm ever from would give them to me because I'm flagged as an alcoholic and they knew I'd mix them, long story short I didn't know exactly how bad the withdrawals were but I would drop off alcohol for 20 years pretty much and I would drop off opiates in a few other substances but with benzos I would probably taper and depending on how long you been on them and the dose you on them I would for sure taper a long time look into a water taper Tuesday will be a month in one week benzo free the crazy thing is is I didn't abuse him I weened myself down from 3 mg to 2 mg by myself ❤❤❤❤❤ benzos are horrible medication I watch Dr legrand and he got me started on LTD and 5-HTP well it's a good recommendation and it's one of the best things I've tried for ADHD and I got dysfunctional ADHD maxed out on strattera❤❤❤❤❤ so please don't take this the wrong way I'm just trying to help there's really going to be nootropics for benzos or anything in that class now opiates you can do kratom and that's how I got off opiates I do still take kratom but not near as much me personally I don't find anything wrong with it😂😂😂
