West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has done a very good job, today a van goes from door to door to collect garbage. PM Modi also has a big contribution, he launched Swachh Bharat Abhiyan all over India, people became aware.
As such there is no reason to like Mamata Banerjee. But, I agree, she did a great job of keeping Kolkata clean and that must be appreciated and worth praising. And PM Modi's contribution towards keeping India clean is undeniable. From cleanliness and hygiene point of view, India as a whole, has improved a lot in the tenure of Modi.
