3life water pump disassembly tear down

Disassembled water dispenser as it was not working at all. The whole thing is removed with the help of removing the latches which keep the inside cage at place. I was not able to remove that cage without destructing the latches (the plastic is very hard). My issue was the battery connector had bad contact. I measured the battery capacity and it was mere 800 mAh which is very low for 18650 battery (it was enough for 5-6 bottles of 11 litres ). Replaced with known good battery extracted from laptop battery.
Everything was glued back with B-7000 glue.

how did you remove the black plastic on the top of water pump? which tool did you use? my mini usb connector is broken, I just want to replace the connector. Thank you very much in advance for your advice!

With some pry tool, it's very poorly glued to the white base.
