  • 2022 X-Pro Titan DLX 250cc Nibbi carburator install 130 main jet.
    This engine has the 5 speed gear box, 44T sprocket, This motorcycle has better engine gearing and seems to ride quite well with the Nibbi carb with the default settings, only change is the main jet from a 128 to a 130.

    I am the proud owner of a Templar X some caveats: licensing make sure that when you get your MCO that it says motorcycle not off-road dirtbike this has been a constant struggle to get mine licensed. Insurance they would only do liability on the Chinese motorcycle. Nibbi carburetor put this on before you even start the motor cycle buy good American made stainless steel hose clamps and fuel line put your fuel line on the carburetor before you ever attempt to mount it it will save you a ton of time because the space is tight. Nibi makes an ignition I would swap out the original and use a NGK iridium spark plug chances are you’ll never ever have to change it. If you plan on changing your sprocket once again do this before you even start the bike I would recommend a high-quality chain with a rivet master link. As stated in the video Loctite Loctite Loctite. Drain the oil high-quality synthetic. Take your time break in the motorcycle engine slowly. Remember your tempering the steel. Just some suggestions.

    I found the correct part for between the carburator and the original head manifold. Video showing it is coming up.

    How do the two bikes compare? The Templar has 19 hp and the titans has 12 hp which must be quite noticeable. Is one more comfortable than the other?

      @@larrybrandon8291- Dont let the specs fool you.
      After riding both the Templar and the DLX they seem to be pretty similar, maybe just a little more torque on the Templar but not much. See below my general assesment.
      Suspension
      Templar - Adjustabls front and rear, no chznge good from factory, poor rebound, compression ok. Suspension is harder which makes it nice for dirt riding.
      DLX - non adjustable front, adjustable rear. Soft set from factory, ok for trails but adjust for better traction on dirt. Ours was adjusted to 75% tightness, 35 to 45 set at factory for street
      HP
      Templar & DLX- claims 19, more like 9 - 14 after the Nibbi mod
      Engine
      Templar - Gear ratio is tight for off road, fixed somewhat for street riding by changing rear sprocket. Engine is fifferent than the DLX.
      DLX - internal engine geared for street riding, very smooth. Good for street or dirt. Engine is different than Templar
      Gear box
      Templar - 5 speed close ratio
      DLX - 5 speed gear ratio is better for street
      Tires and Wheels
      Rear 18 fnt 21, factory knobbies, replaced with dual purpose tires. Factory Knobbies great for dirt, not DOT.
      Rear Sprocket
      Templar - Perfect for dirt, changed for smaller sprocket.
      DLX - Good for street or dirt
      Fnt sprocket
      Templar - ok, unchanged
      DLX - ok, unchanged
      Added 2inch handlebar risers to both bikes.
      Suspension and internal engine gearing was the main difference imo.
      See my other videos for the changes.

    How fast did you get the bike up to?

      @pricedownmall  3 місяці тому

      65mph, gearing is ok but could be improved for a smoother ride.

    Does it make the top speed higher ? because my factory goes up to 68 mph

    • @pricedownmall
      @pricedownmall  10 місяців тому

      More Torque, Reaches about 50-55mph just not sustained. Once I find the required sprockets, front and rear, the speed will increase for sure.
      The Templar on my other video reaches 70-75 not sustained. I still have to do the front sprocket on that one, +2T, then it should reach 80-85mph with the 130 main jet.

      What sprockets do you have from factory? Which carb?
