    [3] The typical presentation of a patient with plantar fasciitis.
    [4] The Windlass test, which is used in the diagnosis of plantar fasciitis.

    Relief: Fill one or two plastic bottles with water, put it/them in the freezer. When your dogs are howlin', place the frozen bottle under the arch of your foot/feet & ENJOY 😉 💫💪

    lift your toes. do yoga.
