    You should have talked about an S-Corp because in CA, you can’t have an LLC.

    Can therapists in CA start private practice with an LLC? I’m hearing that it’s not possible but I’m not sure

      In CA, you can’t have an LLC. It must be a Sole Prop or S-Corp. Contact a lawyer to do the paperwork for you.
