It was chapter 2 #13 and chapter 3 #2, thanks to you I am now a Seasoned Campaigner and 50 for 50 mastery, only my 2nd ever game to be completely mastered :)

Im not sure about PC, I played it on console. But i am sure there are a lot of videos out there that will tell you the answer

No I dont mean the gaming platforms I mean the secret achievements. In fact do you get trophies in PC because I have it, but Im not sure you get any.
