My 10 year old daughter is in Africa, she was born there. how can she study in France as a minor? I am coming to study for a Masters in Nice, France. but they don’t allow me coming with a dependent. Is there a visa that she can use to live legally in France and school as well?

How does one open a French bank account? I have been told that the French banks won’t help Americans because of FACTA.
