I think Alana is trying very hard to be a humble influenser rather than one that has lost herself in the mountain of designer free stuff and shouts “ look at me so beautiful in my stunning trillion pound coat and shoes, I bought every colour of, I’m so stunning” as she clicks her teeth at herself in the mirror…
But yes, I too was eagerly waiting to see the coats on 😊

As far as your table dilemma, try going to a countertop store and purchasing a remnant that they can cut down to size for you! Remnants are often times cheaper and leftover from other projects. After that you could thrift or have another base made from concrete wood metal etc.

I don’t know if you did this BUT a couple of years ago, I was doing this intense HIIT workout at a gym and the instructor got me super pumped to aggressively do overhead presses into burpees (and I added the extra heavy weights) - basically I messed up my neck and back so hard I had to be rushed into the emergency room 🙄🙄 The most annoying part of that was not being able to move around/ workout etc for weeks- moral of the story is that if you do arm and upper back workouts, you need to make sure a) you can handle it b) your form is great. Lesson learned 😅

Get a tough wood, and it will last for generations! We have a massive round wooden saloon table from the early gold rush era in Southern Africa - one of my ancestors got ahold of it, possibly because it was damaged in an axe fight (the hole is still there). As a few said down below - I too say yes to trying to find a local carpenter for table legs or pedestal base. As for the table top, this could be a bit out of your comfort zone, BUT you could try and make a concrete table top yourself. My friends did their kitchen countertops that way and they turned out awesome. Creating a perfectly circular mold could prove difficult and you'd have to research how you'd attach it prior, but you would be super proud of it and probably appreciate it even more. And if it doesn't turn out it'd be a good laugh.

In regards to your diet, I had to do an elimination diet this year for my IBS and what a journey. I learned the healthy foods that were causing extreme pain in my stomach and I learned so much about my body and what it doesn't like. It's been great not feeling bloated and in pain after every meal. So - I totally get your frustration with the diet, but you'll feel so much better when you realize you were causing damage to yourself.

I have an idea that’s based on a U.K. Quartz, Marble and Granite supplier that we have just got our Kitchen worktops and breakfast bar fitted by. They don’t use CNC machinery for finishing the stone at this stone masons, they still hand finish it all. We actually had a quartz table leg made for our breakfast bar. They have actually made quite large quartz rectangular tables for clients. Is it worth you going back to your stone mason that did your countertops downstairs and seeing if they can build you a custom table out of the stone you choose. You might find it’s actually far far cheaper that way too. I dint go that route because I’d already punched a chrome legged (2 huge chrome circles at each end) marble topped dining table and 6 chairs. Had I not already got that, which is now sat in my new dining room, I’d absolutely have got a quartz table or marble or granite custom made.

Just put a cap size amount in where usually your bleach or Clorox would go and wash as usual. I used to be a massage therapist and this trick worked on my scrubs, you can thank me later. It also works on old stains. Much love. ❤
