It's a damn shame the Charger was never offered with a manual.
It was, for the last year of the Charger I believe they brought it back.
It’s built for speed and not turns lol the automatic is faster and more demanded so it makes more sense 😂
No one ever said or even implied that an automatic made any less sense….

My favorite would probably have to be the E55💯
Bought a CLS500 from 2015 for just 60K AED (16.5K USD)… it’s an absolutely amazing car with true luxury, + 4.6L Twin Turbo V8 with 410HP.
I own both of them, e55 and s600 2003.. Both amazing and reliable vehicles.

The Merc S600 and the E55 had my eye until you showed me the Caddy STS. I had NO IDEA this car came in V-spec. You taught me something today and now I'm looking for one.

In new Zealand srt8 6.1L hemi got mine from a used car dealer the price sits around 30 to 35 grand but with Hemi ending this year I think the value will rocket

You forgot to bring up the GTO LS2
sad Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-spec is faster than most these cars with speed limit of 186mph after removing the limiter and 0-60 in 4.5 seconds the potential this engine had if it was more popular could have outshined any other 5.0 v8 on the market.

Bang for the buck, the mkz reserve 3.0 twinturbo awd 400hp, under 20k…. Mustang gt 2015, cls550, e550, Bmw 550xi…I can think of plenty 400hp under 20k
These older cars are fun but remember every piece of rubber is going to be rock hard from heat degradation. If you got the time, money, tools and can resource the parts it might be ok.
How old we talking? I’m looking at a 2005 corvette right now and I’m wondering if that will be an issue…
@@mass9213 I had to rebuild my 2005 STi and just about everything I touched crumbled. If you don’t have to do major work like I did you may get away with it. Just remember to be extremely careful when having to do anything under the hood.

The mudtang generation featured on this video has got to be my favourite gen. Kinda hard to believe that that Merc S600 does 0-60MPH in a hair above 4 secs which is crazy. But the car I'd take home, is the STS-V and the Camaro SS. But most definitely the Dodge Magnum SRT-8
what they dont tell you about the v12 mercedes is ignition casettes/coil packs are all one unit per side and cost about 1500 per side and are common to go bad...o and it uses 2 spark plugs per cylinder.24 spark plugs later and ur looking at 300$
I couldn’t find an e55 for cheaper than 14,000. Got my hopes up
I would prefer the E55 the M5 or the Cadillac just because I like luxury and comfort with the power I want if I choose too just rip around I can do it in comfort and if I just choose to take a road trip I have all the comfort and luxury I could ever want
It’s tough to find C5s for less than 10 k that are not completely trash… the c6 might be a stretch for this list

2010 Jaguar XFR “V8 Supercharged” 510hp. Upgrade the supercharger pulley, crank pulley & tune and your taking down hellcats all for under 20 grand.
The CTSV isn't on the list but i can get a stick and it has a usable back seat. I guess Lexus v8 are still too expensive
Favorite car not on the list: Mercedes Benz CL 55AMG 493hp

I’m surprised the Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec didn’t make an appearance it’s got 429hp
cheapest v8 in Ontario is still 26k with 144k klms
@@allanguy25222010 Jaguar XFR is more impressive & cheaper, 5.0 supercharged 510hp upgrade the crank pulley, supercharger pulley and tune and your sitting at 610hp add e85 and downpipes and your pulling on Hellcats.

American Luxury goes to Cadillac all day I had a Escalade and that thing moved had 455hp in it and I was running Chargers, Camaro any light Car that had over 300hp and they were scared to pull up on me lol. CTSV STSV no joke those cars are fast I rather go with those than German cars cuz LS parts are very cheap

The transmission is definitely gonna fail in the mustang. Having cars on the list that are financial money pits or damn near impossible to keep on the road is just lazy. Find cars that meet the horsepower and make since to buy and drive at their high mileage and later years.
400 HP is like having 200 HP. Sports sedans coupes and performance SUV’s have 500+ HP minimum. Anything over 500 is the new head turner. 400 HP is nothing
This is cap. Scatpacks and SS, even 5.0’s all turn heads and most you see are sub 500 horse. Be realistic man

It's cheap for a car, gl finding a 400hp car for 1 or 2k, It will be either on 1million miles and/or would be sunk in salty water. Salty water is terrible for cables as salt eats the cables basically if you didn't know
