As a Christian, I do not need to perform any rituals to communicate or seek power/protection from God. God is Omnipresent and ever powerful, just find a solitude place, go on your knees and pray with a clean heart, faith, and trust. If we can do away all manner of sins and obey His commandments very well, the Holy Spirit will gladly come and stay with us and I don't think there is something greater than this. Jesus Christ himself was operating with the Holy Spirit. Just follow this little trick I have showed you and you feel the powers of God. thank you.

The only spiritual protection i know of is when you live an upright life...Try dupe/cheat/steal someone, sleep with someone's wife or do anything contrary to the standard and see if you can't fall short under a spiritual spell if casted upon
