That scalloped tissue paper is cute! I love it. I'm a terrible gift shopper, but I LOVE wrapping. Give me ALL the boxes to wrap. It's where all my pent up creative energy gets poured out every year haha.

Before I became disabled with Arachnoiditis, I worked as an RN. My favorite time of year has always been Christmas. I too, would take names off of the Angel tree. It made me happy to know that I was going to make several children's Christmas a bit brighter. I'm sure the girls are going to love everything you lovingly picked out for them and their parents are going to be greatful and appreciative.

I remember when I was younger my school did a Angel tree and I wasn’t poor but I was there I did it for a young little girl I wonder if she enjoyed it and if she’s doing well
We did the same thing! Except we actually went to the house to put the presents under the tree for the kids! The parents cried just seeing like a bus full of kids bringing presents. Although I’m not sure if we were supposed to do that but it was a private school so I think they just did whatever! But I bet the little girl loved it, considering the faces the parents had then I imagine the kids loved it.
@@carolynmedlock811 I take my time doing it, but for some reason, I just can't get it right. Wrapping gifts and tying ribbons... can't do either of those.
@@twiggystardust9573 my Mom taught me a quick bow..get the thin ribbon on the spool. Usually has at least 4 colors..tie it around the box, both ways, end it everywhere you want. Tie a knot, then cut a bunch of ribbon strips, about 6-8 inches and tie them around the knot one at a time. Use the blunt side of scissors and put up on each strip..it curls and makes a pretty bow.. until I started playing around with different size ribbons and all these are the bows I made. Use different colors, 2-3 on a box.. cheaper than what they want for them in stores...
I wish you were my Angel 😇 when I was a kid my sister and I got only 1 gift each and it was always a coloring book with crayons. We still had fun coloring only because we didn't get toys only on birthday and Christmas

Here in Utah you can't wrap the Angel Tree presents anymore.. same back home in Alaska also..you put the presents in a bag with the angel from the tree and I think who ever is running the Angel Tree wraps them
I love the soft spoken videos. I think you are wonderful for all that you do to help others. Is this normal to buy this many items? In the UK we have similar schemes but it’s one or two gifts for the child. I love the idea of giving them clothes etc too.

I am the world's worst gift wrapper. It's kind of embarrassing. If y'all could see what's under my tree, you'd think a drunk monkey wrapped our gifts.
I'm the opposite..It takes about 15 minutes or more for me to wrap because I make each gift box look different..I have a blast wrapping..
