Today we are looking at what I got for kids for Christmas for the Angel Tree program. Salvation Army runs this program and we try to choose two children off the tree each year to provide their wants and needs for Christmas. I hope you enjoy the video and are getting in the Christmas spirit as well. Hi Kayla! I saw your Angel tree video last year, and was inspired to participate this year. I have been waiting for you to post this video. We chose a girl and a boy. I enjoyed shopping for the kids. I wanted to get teens but there were no teens on the tree. We also donated to Toys for Tots. Thanks for sharing. Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season!
You always pick the nicest gifts. Nice way to get your kiddos involved in giving and understanding that they are so fortunate to be able to participate in a much needed area. Good job momma!

I just want to say thanks so much for doing these kinds of videos. I watched your Angel Tree video last year and it was the first time I had heard of the program. I waited all year to get to participate this year. In addition to this I also do the USPS Operation Santa. And this year we will also be donating to the Toys for Tots with all of the clearance toys we have picked up throughout the year.

Hi Kayla, I remember when you did this last year. So glad to see you're doing it again. You may not see the smiles on the faces but I'm sure those girls are going to be thrilled with all those lovely gifts.
Walmart used to have their own angel tree at Christmas. It was so convienent to pick a name off the tree and then shop the store for gifts. I was so disappointed that they stopped doing it. Also, you're right, people tend to choose the younger kids off the tree. Teenage boys and girls are usually chose last, if at all:(
