Good stuff. Hope to come to the course next year when out for US Open of Surfing. We usually stay in Corona/Riverside area.

"You suck and that's okay" is a mantra that got me through code school years ago, too.

I tell a lot of riders to go-to SoCal Supermoto for their first track day, it's a great school!
I still use the homework that Brian assigns us for other track days as a way to improve throughout the day.

No joke I try to use my own advice to improve through the day!

The part about breathing is so easily looked over.
The inspectors for the licensing test could even point out possible failees, based on their poise - high, tight shoulders and a hunched over stance = poor breathing = less oxygen to the old noggin. Which is the last thing you'd want in a stressful situation.
Thanks for some great content and I wish there was a school like yours nearby. Hell, is be happy if there was one in the country even...

What cams are you running on your bikes and what would be best for the track and some off-roading

stock cams. I do love me some E cams but I didn't even bother, my bike is stock with a jet kit. Just ride the thing, ignore the internet, and do minimal mods.
