I'll be doing a 10G batch of Pilsner this week and may very well do a short and sweet video of the stand in action (focus on the pumps, transfer, etc that highlight some of the nice attributes of the new config). Thanks for watching. They are 1800 watts (110V). I think in the linked video I cover this in more detail. While good for warming things, These are no powerful enough to quickly heat your strike water, and forget about trying to boil with them. They should be at least 2x for that, but 1800w seems to be the highest power level for portable units. I hope this helps. -DT
