OK, the exam boards in England and Wales are very similar so even though my videos are aimed at AQA, there's also a lot of crossover with the other boards. So this is what I would suggest. You could use your spec to check that a video covers what you need. However, the spec is written for teachers. So you could also look at the chapters in the textbook and see if theres a video which matches that (there will be in many cases). And if in doubt, always check with your teacher.

What’s the difference between a ribosome and a free ribosome?
A free ribosome is in the cytoplasm. Other ribosomes are attached to the rough endoplasmic reticulum.
