OMG I JUST SAW YOU UPLOADED THIS. THANK YOU!!! So awesome you got to enjoy more of her stuff. Thanks again for taking the time to react to her, don't many people would take the time nor be interested in her since she is not your typical singer. Great you as always :)
Phew, now wasn’t that a swingin’ treat with SO much talent, skills, fun, connection and love on stage at the same time!🔥🔥🎶🤯🤩❤️🥰😅🤗 Thank you so much for making this great reaction yet again🤗, and yess, it IS crazily good and nuts🤯🤣😂😅👍🏼💚.
Thank you for all of your Rachelle Ferrell video reactions. Rachelle is my favorite singer of all time. I've seen her perform more than any other artist. Rachelle is a music genius.
Rachelle Ferrell. What a genius vocalist she is. Singers should be watching her to understand how to shape the mouth to manipulate tonal quality. She's the epitome of maximizing every resonating space of her vocal anatomy. Extremely agile in manipulating her vocal anatomy to produce varied tones and textures. No inhibitions whatsoever. Legend.
@@Beldvlmnt Hey Jessie! I saw your latest comment on @ThatSingerReacts. Just wanted to give you props for putting out great content! You are adding immense value to these reactions with your expertise.
@@Beldvlmnt Deliverance, his instrumental release is superior to his r&b stuff. I believe Butler's career started in South Africa when there was still Apartheid.
The way she pronounces every phrase of the word made me a better singer man. People ask me whose my favorite singer of all time and I always say she's number 1 on my list. There's is not a soul that can match her skill for skill for me. She is technical walking in human form
Patti Austin was sort of a Quincy Jones discovery... or at least that's where her star went on the rise. She was on his huge hit album The Dude and later released her own solo album on his label. She became a staple on his albums going forward as either a lead or background vocalist.
Rachell has a six-octave range, so she can put such emphasis on notes and slide off of them so easily. George was a genius on the Piano, writing, arranging, and anything needed with music.
Fantastic musicians, duke is one of my absolute favorites, two incredible voices, but to rachelle and her virtuosities I prefer the powerful and velvety voice of my beloved patti greetings from the island of Sicily❤
Rachelle Ferrell is a vocal beast! None can match her style. I have seen her live 3 times and what a treat.

The male voice was Jonathan Butler, Guitarist.
Thank you!
The Guitarist is a known player and Singer, Jonathan Butler. A group of fabulous musicians. Was this recorded on a CD?

Beyer Mics are fitted to the singer. Making it up as you go is a facet of what Jazz is. Improv!
The guy that you mistook for Patty is Jonathan Butler. He and Patty were both top 40 stars back in the 80s
Have you heard this song sung by Diamanda Galás? I hope you can react to that sometime.
But that's JAZZ!
Most Jazz OPianist prefer Steinway and other full Pianos. They only use electric pianos for other sounds they want to produce.
