I live in victory park right by the american airlines center and its terrible whenever they have events there you literally cant leave your apartment or it will take you an hour to get a mile away

I noticed you said it’s not in a busy part do town. Lol I work literally across the street in victory plaza if you think that area is not busy you didn’t go on a day where there’s a basketball game, hockey game, or concert. Also lots of famous people stop by the radio and tv station located in the plaza and their fans follow them there. Once 21pilots came and fans camped out for 3 days before the concert. Also they just started construction in the parking lot in front of the parking garage called the Victor. Just wait lol tour it on an event night, see the hell that is navigating the Plaza during that lol. Ascent is really nice tho I considered living there because I could walk across the street to my job.
